The first time we work together we will explore the purpose of your visit and your experiences. This will help me to select which treatments and techniques would be best suited for you.

I work with every person on an individual basis so the sessions are unique to you.

Sessions involve in-depth work and can be arranged on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or ‘as-and-when’ basis.

My approach is always one of empowering you to make the changes, helping you to understand any barriers that could prevent you from moving forward and finding changes that suit you.
